With a deadline of June 20, NACWA – along with the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the Water Environment & Reuse Foundation (WE&RF) and WateReuse — urge utilities nationwide to consider application to the Utility of the Future (UOTF) Today recognition program. This collaborative offering of the association community, in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, provides a unique opportunity to showcase the important work clean water utilities do every day to serve their communities and plan for the future. Utilities that have not yet applied for recognition are invited to do so prior to June 20, 2017 at 5:00 pm ET. A compendium of best practices implemented by past honorees and helpful frequently asked questions are available to support the application process. Apply today to this special program that promotes and recognizes utilities – small, medium, and large – that are implementing the UOTF model to transform their operations!
