NACWA’s 2017 National Clean Water Law Seminar begins next week, November 14-16, in Savannah, GA, featuring presentations by expert clean water attorneys, utility leaders, and regulators on critical Clean Water Act (CWA) legal and enforcement developments that span a broad range of issues including: arid state/water quantity-quality nexus, energy generation legal/policy considerations, administrative law and handling public records requests.
A highlight of this year’s Seminar is the Keynote Address, which will be delivered by Dennis Lee Forsgren, Jr., Deputy Assistant Administrator EPA’s Office of Water. Mr. Forsgren will highlight the Agency’s clean water priorities on infrastructure financing, improving industry transparency, and adaptation planning, among other things.
The Seminar will precede NACWA’s National Water Enforcement Workshop on November 16-17. Register today for both events and save $50! Visit NACWA’s website for information on hotel reservations and registration options.
